Catherine Papageorgiou is a legal researcher and policy analyst in New York City. She is interested in the intersectionality of the law and urban politics. She attends Fordham University, where she conducts research on the intersectionality of the law and urban studies. This contribution is based on her MSc. thesis research (forthcoming) on the regulatory bargain in the Atlantic Yards or Pacific Park Land Use and Civic Improvement Project.
